Accessibility has much to be desired. The transfer chair for the pool is none existent and the ramp is not reachable to even hobble into the pool. The accessible room while okay, required having to gi to certain parts of the room to turn around. The walk in shower is beautiful but you cannot reach the water lever from the sest and the rain shower snd wand do not reach the bench. Only 2 of the womens rooms had accessible stalls. Further, the ramps from the car area for drop off to the sidwalk at the entrance are way too steep and unusable for my wheelchair. Nearly tipped. The staff and food are awesome though.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Upon check in, Poli was in constant communication with us and made sure all of our needs were met. Other staff that we really enjoyed Ivan at the pool, Ricardo at Hibachi, Jair at the buffet, David with activities, the staff at the coffee shop, spa, and the pool bar. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to come back!

Resort was nice. People were friendly. However, check in seemed a bit unorganized. There are no bracelets given when you check in so anyone in a taxi, or uber can come even if they are not staying at the resort as long as they give someone’s last name and room number of someone who is currently at the resort. It’s not safe. Snacks or drinks were never restocked daily. It was an okay resort overall but I’ve definitely been to better

Gorgeous property, luxurious rooms and sits on fabulous location. The hospitality was unmatched. Every where we went on the property everyone was welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel totally pampered. From having delicious dinners at the hotel, to getting assistance planning fun excursions in Cabo, or listening to wonderful live music while sipping a tasty cocktail or Mexican hot chocolate- the Ziva surpassed all of our expectations. We loved opening our patio door and listening to waves crashing against the beach and then going to an exciting teppanyaki meal where the food was as delicious as it was entertaining. We all loved the Hyatt Ziva.

Overall it was a great stay. I just wish the food was better. Each restaurant had some items that were really good and some not so good. The fresh tacos at the adult pool side were delicious. Great customer service overall. I would go back.

Where I even begin. This resort is the best hands down. From the staff, room, cleanliness and attention to detail. Great food choices and drinks. I would highly recommend. You don’t have to leave the resort.

The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was okay for an all-inclusive resort—nothing extraordinary, but decent with enough variety. A big bonus was the location: it’s very close to Cabo Dolphin, which made it easy to walk there. The pool was just okay, and there wasn’t much of a view from that area, but overall it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

We really loved our stay here overall. The staff were genuinely kind, gentle, and thoughtful, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The weather was perfect, it never felt crowded, and it was truly an easy, enjoyable vacation. We tried every restaurant on property, and each one had its own unique flavors — all very good. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely come back. One important thing to note is the Kids Club (indoor childcare area). We were there for only about 30 minutes, but during that short time, one younger, heavier-set staff member was already noticeably impatient with the children. She was very unprofessional, showed little patience, and even used the word “loser” toward a 6-year-old child, which is completely unacceptable. When a parent asked about it, her attitude was also rude and dismissive. We were told her name might be Kayla. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses it. Aside from that issue, everything else was excellent: • Pools were clean and well maintained • Restaurant staff were all incredibly nice • Front desk staff were friendly and professional • Housekeeping staff were wonderful as well Overall, it was a great trip. With better oversight and staff training at the Kids Club, this place would be close to perfect.
