The hotel is kept impeccably well. The staff are very friendly. We’ve stayed in 80809 in building three and six previously and they’re great sweets for us very comfortable overlooking the serenity pool. The only one negative we have an about the property is that heavier and Florida de Noche are ridiculously overpriced restaurants And our opinion not an asset to Hilton Hotel property whatsoever. When the lease is expired, they should take them over and go up with men that are more fairly priced for the average family. Caviar is also put on an automatic 18% gratuity without us knowing about the automatic tip charge and then asked for additional tips for the waiters that evening. It felt very ownerous to us. We went for dinner at 8 o’clock Saturday night, January 31 and we were the only couple in the entire restaurant that evening. I’m surprised they can survive with that pricing because he can’t attract any patrons.

The room was very clean. Unfortunately housekeeping arrived everyday between 4 and 5 when we would arrive back from our day of fun to shower. Twice we waited on the balcony to in order to shower, once they called because they couldn't get in the door and said they needed to come in if we wanted our room clean. I asked for them to wait because we weren't dressed yet and they said they could not wait. I spoke with the front desk and requested for our room to be finished cleaning by 3 pm and they made that happen.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom due to availability and were impressed so much by the resort and staff on a one night stay that we have booked 2 rooms and the penthouse for another week next month with the whole family.

So clean and so beautiful. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of lounge chairs available, pool water was nice and clear, grounds were well maintained and all the fine details exceeded my expectations. Best hotel stay ever!

Hotel itself very beautiful. Throughout the hotel, you can smell such amazing aroma and a beautiful melody playing . But unfortunately, I felt discriminated in a certain way sitting outside on the balcony around 11 o’clock with three friends chitchatting having a good time remembering good old times next thing I know phone is ringing someone is knocking at the door telling us there were too loud that a guest had complain about the noise. Now, please keep in mind. I am there on vacation celebrating my 50 out on the balcony no music just three friends talking no signed whatsoever. Says that we couldn’t make noise outside on the balcony. We were told that at 9 o’clock we shouldn’t be out there. I did not see any signs that said that now also keep in mind. I also paid a fair price to be there. I did not complain when people woke up early and flushed the toilet and you could hear it. I did not complain when you can hear the doors opening and closing early in the morning. Everything was very beautiful but overall it seemed very boring and then you couldn’t really be comfortable. You couldn’t laugh you couldn’t talk. It just seemed like the other, Gas had more rights than me was it because they were American and I wasn’t truly unfortunately such a beautiful hotel would not consider staying there or recommending especially if you have children.
