Paradisus gave us the most luxurious experience ever! The concierge service was amazing. The Reserve Lounge was a great touch to elevate the experience. The food...THE FOOD! This was the best food we have ever eaten at an all-inclusive resort. Drinks were top shelf. The rooms were great and if I had a "boo" on this trip, it would have been even better! ;) We are looking forward to returning. First time in Cabo, but not the last time at Paradisus!

We booked this trip last minute and so glad we did! we usually do all inclusive resorts with big groups so this was the first time just my husband and I & we loved it so much. We weren’t expecting to stay busy throughout the stay whether it was water activities, dining, fire dances, music around the resort but every day there was something new. Truly such a memorable trip. Staff was so attentive and sweet. Fernando was our concierge for our trip & he exceeded all expectations. 100000% will be back.

My boyfriend and I had the best time at this resort. We visited for my 25th and everything exceeded my expectations. From the staff to the resort itself everything was so beautiful the people were so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Even though the staff at this beautiful resort attended to us with unlimited warmth and attentiveness, the lively music did not quite match our expectations of entertainment. As we, along with other guests, tried to revel in the vibrant atmosphere of the bars and dance under the starry sky, we found ourselves leaving early due to the lackluster melodies that failed to ignite our enthusiasm. This disillusionment was particularly evident in the pool and bar area. However, our evening took a delightful turn when, after the DJ finished his set, a fellow visitor with portable speakers sparked a spontaneous dance frenzy, allowing us to enjoy the night dancing to our favorite tunes with renewed energy and joy.

Best resort I have ever stayed at! Food was absolutely amazing! Rebecca in the coffee was always on point with my caramel frappe drink!! Angel (the DJ had karaoke rocking one night while there. Our concierge was personable and made sure we were properly welcomed and Maria José at the front desk was OUTSTANDING!!! She made our entire trip worthwhile! We will be coming to stay again!!

This place is quite dated and interior space without the ac running smells like a mold and bacteria infested space. Didnt appreciate spending so much for a room that required upgrading (spending more) for a butler service room that essentially didnt utilize apart from booking dinner reservations. It was only for up to 3pm and then you are on your own! Everything else was thtough the phone in the room for any requests which totally defeats the purpose for a butler! The food for the most part was good and soon realized without the upgrade the food options you get have limited healthy options unlike the RESEREVE section of the resort. Some of the people were very friendly and some couldnt be bothered attitude. Overall id say Paradisus Resort is very overpriced for facility age, appearance and service. My worst part id say was being fooled by a bellboy looking man thinking he is going to guide us to our room and to show us around...at first he was nice but as i realized he was just trying to upsell us. His attitude quickly changed and turned around and walled away without saying good day, thank you or anything. Just walked away. The entire stay, when we crossed paths, he gave us weird looks. I wish i caught his name!

What a dream it was to stay at this resort. The food was amazing from all restaurants, the staff was great and attentive, they did knock on our doors a bit too much at night which kind of freaked us out- it was after 8pm and not used to that. They were simply dropping off our champagne and one night had us mixed up for room service. Anyways other than that- 200% will come back!

The staff at this resort were so helpful and friendly. The food choices were wonderful and the beach nearby was beautiful. We saw many rays flying out of the water on multiple days. I did think the drinks were watered down and the pool was a little lacking.

So the staff is nice but there aren't enough of them. We always had to wait for food when dining. The food was at best 4/10. The club is only open from Thursday to Saturday which they did not mention on the website. Our concierge did qreange for us to have a club night on Monday but no one knew it was going so we went and recruited people that were in the area. The place is beautiful but it isnt ran well and the food isnt good at all. We travel a great deal and have bee to other places for less money. We most likely wont be back.

I actually really enjoyed the property and the location. However, I had a bad experience at the gift shop where one employee tried to charge me for items I did not buy and she did not put in my bag. Thankfully I caught it. So caution when buying anything.
