The resort is beautiful but food sucks! The price was charged for a junior suite but it was a standard room with 2 double beds. No accommodations were made as all the rooms seem same. In addition, there was another fee charged separately at the resort when we arrived. There are 3 fine dinning restaurants with average customer service and breakfast buffet along with a lunch place but food was not tasty at all. No wifi info was provided. When asked for water bottles, was told there are other customers and resort was busy. Would not stay there again

One note for those reserving off Expedia, don’t be filled with cheaper price for the room facing the garden, yes, you look at the trees but behind them is a very busy freeway and you will be up at 5 am. Comping back to this place but not choosing garden view from now on

Paradisus Resort is outstanding. First and foremost, the staff are the friendliest and most accommodating group that I’ve ever encountered. The property is clean, serene, and is located on one of the best beaches in Cabo. It is my go to vacation hotel in the area. I’ll be back as soon as I get the opportunity.

Great location on a swimmable beach. The food options were varied and the quality very good. Service throughout the resort was excellent. Our concierge - Juliet - was simply AMAZING! She took excellent care of us, reminding us of our dinner reservations, tour, transportation, etc. If you are looking for an adults-only all inclusive resort in San Jose Del Cabo area, this is the one. We have stayed at many properties and travel to Los Cabos frequently for business and fun, and we will stay here again.

We were there when they were releasing baby turtles. Carlos was the caretaker of the turtle hatchery on the beach and was so helpful to explain the process then the release at sunset of 60+ turtles into the ocean

This resort was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. It feels luxurious, calm, and restorative. The food was incredible and so were the staff.
