The 400 square foot upstairs unit also includes a spacious living room, large windows that provide a canyon view and breeze, queen bed, desk with chair, and table for dining. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, refreshing shower, and towels. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy the convenience and luxury of heating and AC.

The Studio is located above the garage, which is not used for parking and is used primarily for storage. There is a separate entrance to the Studio away from access to the main home.

Does get cold or hot depending on the weather but the host has adequate remedies for that in the form of fan, space heater, and A/C unit. Parking isn’t bad either considering it’s in a neighborhood. Abby's place is great. Newly remodeled, and nicely decorated and the studio apartment is very large. Abbey and her husband were the best hosts and would help with anything we needed. The location is only 15-25 minutes from most areas of interest in the city. We would stay here again without a doubt.
