Where do I even start…the listing claims it sleeps 6. It has 2 queen beds and 2 awful awful couches that have springs that dig into you. The couches are not sleepable at all. Not even bearable to sit in. Now to the kitchen. We picked VRBO to have an available kitchen to cook and save money. The refrigerator was not working. We contacted the owners and were told a tech was coming. I requested to be called ahead of time and got no calls. Tech said he fixed it but really he just said it not fixable. So 4 days no fridge. And only a 325 credit. Location is fantastic. That’s the only positive. Worst VRBO experience ever.

Our stay here was great and the property managers were very helpful. Awesome location near the beach and all the bars and restaurants. There wasn't any hot water in the master bathroom when we arrived, but we coordinated with the maintenance team and they had it fixed within 24 hours.

The location of the property is great. You can walk to the beack, restaurants, bars and so many coffee shops. We would stay there again but will double check with the property owner to make sure the deadbolt is unlocked so we can get in without any problems.

This place was exactly how it is described. The location is excellent for beach access. We were able to walk down to the beach multiple times a day. Everything you might need is within walking distance. We rented a car so it was nice to have a dedicated parking spot. The complimentary coffee and creamer in the fridge was a very thoughtful detail. The place also included beach chairs and boards for the beach which is so nice and thoughful. The beds were very comfortable. I am definitely booking this place every time i come back to San Diego.

Great place to stay at the beach

Property was clean, easy to get to and in a great location. It was just as listed. We had everything we needed. Easy walking to restaurants. I recommend this location and would book it again. Thanks for having coffee and creamer so we didn’t have to go looking for it earlier in the morning.

Super apartment and great location! We have come to Pacific Beach many times and stayed at The Capri By the Sea. This apartment was much cheaper than the Capri and right across the street. Great stay and everything was easy!
