Very nice place to stay. Room was good size and clean. Only drawbacks were mattress slightly uncomfortable and water temperature not very hot. I also was not aware of $25 resort fee and $20 parking fee. Still a good deal for the price and location.

The hotel is very beautiful. You feel like you’re in a tropical oasis. The staff are very friendly. The only problem we had was the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the sheets, blood running down the toilet, sticky stuff all over the coffee table and when we opened the pullout bed it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The sheets were dirty, old food and trash was wrapped in it so we just closed it back up. Housekeeping took over an hour to come back and clean the room so that was frustrating especially after traveling all day and just wanting to lay down. Once that was fixed the rest of our stay was fine.

We were celebrating our anniversary and this place made it super special. What we liked was how clean the pool area was and how close our room was to it. Just a few steps. Check in/out was quick and the staff were all awesome.
