Great value hotel, excellent central location to almost anywhere in SD. Rooms are older but also larger due to that so the extra space is appreciated. Ive stayed 4 times and keep coming back, great staff, plenty of off street parking, reasonably quiet given the proximity to major roads. Some rooms have large closets to stage suitcases and personal stuff like shoes. Wifi was good i always recommend using a VPN as well. I did not get a room with a kitchen (intentional) but there are rooms you could cook in. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows all in all an excellent budget hotel to staybat when in SD.

The room was old and dirty. We had family staying in a different room and were kept up all night from a couple arguing next door. People are living at this hotel.
