Modern, luxurious and prime location. All three in one just for you. Open plan, with top of line full size mattress for a great night sleep. Full size bed includes a twin size trundle that can be pulled out from under the bed for extra sleeping space. Inspired by a pronounced interior designer from our sunny San Diego. Also including a futon for extra living or sleeping space. The natural light in the unit is astonishing. The highlight of your unit is the patio.



The Neighborhood:

We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth St in San Diego. Right across Sixth St is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.

Gaslamp Quarter,

and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride.



Getting Around:

Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.

Quaint and Peaceful

This place was small but not cramped. The view from the balcony was so sweet, I watched both sunrise and sunset. It was located right next to Balboa Park and within walking distance of every good San Diego spot. If you need a safe place to sleep while you explore the city, this is a wonderful choice!
