We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bed was pretty comfortable, the spa tub was awesome and you can watch TV in the living room from the tub. We had a third floor balcony room overlooking the pool with a peek-a-boo ocean view. Great value for the price! The freeway was a bit noisy when standing on the balcony but with the slider and windows closed it was well insulated and you couldn't hear the freeway. Would love to have a couple chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy our coffee. Hopefully they will do that in the future. We will absolutely be back. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only 2 miles from the San Clemente pier and restaurants.

During our visit to this location in San Clemente our stay was overall a good one. The rooms were clean and the balcony was small. It was cold and the blankets on the bed weren't warm enough. The sofa bed was a bit dirty but offered warmer bedding. The bad tub was a bot clogged and the sink was too. It didnthold us up or cause any discomfort but i gotta point that out. Other than that the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great.

No hot water and low water pressure. Had to change rooms because our door wouldn’t close and then the new rooms toilet wouldn’t flush. The best thing about this hotel is the cold lemon water in the lobby.

Room looked dirty and the sliding door to the balcony didn’t close. Staff didn’t help at all. We had to fix the door so we could close it. Sink was not functioning and the breakfast was awful. Horrible experience ever. No other choices available.

The room was just put together. The sink faucet was glued. The bedding looked dirty still. The hotel hallway windows were open because something smelled bad in the hallways. The lobby smelled like smoke from people outside the door. Breakfast area was being ran by the front desk personnel. So everything was late and below par.

The room was fine and the breakfast was marginal—eggs and sausage were microwaved. There was just something that was off. I was later told by a local that they wouldn’t stay here with their family. It’s not a family friendly area next to this Carl’s Jr. I had no idea what goes on next door. This definitely explained my uneasy feeling. If you have kids, I’d stay somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly, and the location is in a nice area. The reason for the 3 stars is the following: it was a bit outdated, some things could have been repaired and spruced up to look better. My shower didn't have hot water I had to wait 30 minutes for the water to start getting warm and it still wasn't Hot. The place just needed a lot of upkeeping and a deeper cleaning like the couch and the rug. But all in all the place was decent.

The room was really dirty, I kept asking for house keeping and I wasn’t accommodated for. I really like the location of the hotel as it’s convenient to the military base, but our room had ice cream containers that was at least a week old, prescription from people who used the room, poop on the toilet bowl and blood on the sheets!! By far my worse hotel experience ever, but had no choice to stay. I was asking for compensation, but wasn’t given.
