Rented a room for a 21 and older event. Took a Lyft all the way downtown just to notice that I did not have my ID. Had to go all the way back and was stopped by Destiny on the way in. She stated “I think I kept your ID, I have a bad habit of doing that.” I was in my room for at least an hour before I left. She did not call my room or bring it up to me. Tried to talk to the manager Jose the next day and inform him that his employee was incompetent but he was apparently too busy to talk to me. Made his other employee tell me that it was just a mistake on Destiny’s end. Do not stay here ever. They do not care about their guests.

after staying 7 nights still NO ACCESS CODES for WIFI, towels not exchanged, bed linens not exchanged, small gate does not open with card, I called 36 hours ahead to cancel the last night and was told I would not get refund. I found several roaches after day 5 in the room.

It’s was horrible. NO COFFEE!!! Beds & pillows were like cardboard. Rude desk people. No way to cook anything yet it had a couple burners. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

The staff came in at midnight no knock or warning ! Very unprofessional even stopped by twice in the morning to ask if we were going to extend our stay early morning way before check out time! Mind you we were asleep with an infant!
