Look No Further!

The hotel was beautiful. The beds are so comfy. The rooms are spacious. The view is amazing. The location is spot on to everything. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub in the rooftop was beautiful and comfortable. Even the pool towels were large and comfy. I loved it. The only comment I do have is that the signature smell of the hotel is very, very strong. It smells good, but it’s almost overpowering in the lobby.

The staff was very welcoming. Frank the bellman at check in and Fast Freddy the bellman at check out were great! They really went above and beyond. We had a LOT of luggage and they handled it with ease. The front desk staff were wonderful as well. Our room was absolutely beautiful! It didn't feel like the average hotel room at all. Gorgeous exposed brick wall, bedroom separated, great view of the River Walk, it was incredible! We will definitely stay here again.

The property is perfect! The customer service, is super clean, smells great, everything works, my room was good, there were parking but we didn’t have a car. Perfect location!
