The property was well maintained and very convenient for our visit to Lackland AFB. The staff was friendly but could use more training with their reservation system. We checked out a day early and originally told that we would be refunded the day we had paid for. The next morning the manager informed us that would not be the case and we had to forfeit the room charge for the day. The breakfast was not the greatest, but passable. We do enjoy having the mini kitchen in our room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Had couple issues the curtain didn’t roll down and the sun was coming in couldn’t rest as I would’ve liked. Also I requested room service like 3 times no one came to clean until I had to go downstairs a bit upset but other than that it was a good stay
