Check in was at 4pm, at 4:30pm had to pretty much demand for a room. Beds were bad. $55.00 valet and at checkout had a 30 minute wait to get our vehicle. Property and location are great! Seems they just need more staff for the size of the property.

My room was spotless, the staff were very kind and always smiling. The breakfast staff and happy hour staff served with a level of customer service that I thought had disappeared. I give this Embassy a 10/10. I will be back
