Shower soap dispenser was empty. Non existent wifi. Worst of all, toilet leaked through the handle and flooded the bathroom. I was able to fix the toilet but had to clean the flood myself and looked like mold inside the toilet tank. Expressed issue with front desk and only received Towles. Great hotel! Very clean and staff was very friendly, but their only parking option is $65/day Valet… Ended up parking in the City Tower parking garage (i think it’s called that. about a 5 minute walk) for about $10/day instead.
