The place was cute and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped, the TV worked properly, bedding was clean, there were plenty of trash cans around, and two fridges on the property. The only minor inconveniences was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the shower head was very loose so it was hard to adjust. Otherwise, no complaints. I would stay here again!

Everythings was just as described! We arrived late, up early gone and then back again to sleep but everything was GREAT! Quite neighborhood, dogs had room to go outside in the fenced area, bed slept good! Would recommend!

Cute little space. Was a little freaked out when I discovered it was part of a larger house but it was very private. There’s no kitchen available. Did have a small fridge and coffee pot. Yard was kind of a mess but has a lot of potential to be nice! Has a nice back porch area. The neighborhood was a little sketchy as I’ve seen in all the reviews but it was okay. Jorge was very accommodating! Sent a message when we got in to find out how to adjust the air and he said he could do it for us and it came on immediately and then he checked with us on the temp next morning.

Nice little place.

We stayed here for a couple of days. Property clean and conveniently located. Property owner was easy to talk to and helpful with anything we requested. This was handy for us as we had our dog with us. Wouldl definitely rent again when in area.

Very convenient to downtown- 2.5 miles, 8 min drive to the river walk! Quiet area and we had no issues with the property whatsoever! The area of the property is a tad bit rundown, but wasn't an issue for us. We were only there to sleep! The property is very cozy!
