It could have been bette if we werent on the third floor and the elevator as broken. It wss not mentioned on the web site or my the front desk til i asked for it. After chekcing in if i knownit was down my elderly parents and i would have changed hotels. Then the bathroom fan is noisy and about to give out so taking a shower was not a quiet experience. Then about two hours after checking in we smelt something bad or rotting in the room and found this smelly sock on the aide on the side of the bed. No one came up to get it and thr next day it was still yherr when we left so not a happy customer

I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay, which regrettably fell far below my expectations in several key areas. Firstly, the management's approach was less than professional, particularly concerning noise complaints that seemed unfairly directed at my party, despite the presence of other guests who contributed to a less than hospitable environment. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was alarmingly unsatisfactory. The linens and towels provided were not up to standard, which detracted significantly from the overall comfort and hygiene of my stay. I also experienced an unwelcome sense of haste from the front desk staff when utilizing the luggage cart, a stark contrast to the treatment received by other guests, which further added to my dissatisfaction. Given the price point of $44, I had expected a basic level of service and cleanliness that was unfortunately not met. I would advise potential guests to consider other options where the additional cost could translate to a more satisfactory experience and service level. This feedback is not given lightly; I believe in constructive criticism to improve service quality. I hope this will be taken as an opportunity for the hotel to address and rectify these significant shortcomings.

It was decently clean, better than most Super 8s I’ve been to. Much of the building is in need of repairs, the hot tub was broken, the pool was too cold, the room was fine but the other areas left much to be desired.
