Staff was rude and unaccomidati g at 5:00 pm on Christmas Eve regarding a policy I knew nothing about. No leeway even though the room was guaranteed by my daughter. It was her Christmas gift to me and I couldn’t use it because they would not take Venmo or cash as the method of payment for incidentals. But she was very rude. Also pool was closed for renovation which was disappointing if we could have checked in. We ended up having to drive 2 hours home in a terrible storm because of this.

Nice chain style hotel with large comfortable rooms. Everything was clean and in good condition. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Only drawback was the noise coming from the room above us and outside our door. It wasn’t terrible but noticeable. If noise bothers you, ask for a top floor room.

The customer service was really subpar, which is a shame because this is easily one of the more comfortable hotels in its price range I’ve stayed at in the area! I always felt like the employees hated dealing with guests, like they would’ve preferred not to interact with me. This really put a damper on my stay, which is really unfortunate. I liked the breakfast, I felt it was really good for hotel food. My room was also very comfortable, especially the bed. Still, with service like this, I wouldn’t recommend it to others, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in was great desk clerk was warm, welcoming and helpful. The motel was clean and well kept. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was better than anything I've experienced before. Check out was great as well. Staff was helpful and upbeat. This will be my new go to motel for our frequent trips to SLC!
