Welcome by staff was excellent. Nicely renovated property with plenty of parking, pet friendly, dog park across the street. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great.

hotel was really noisy and loud, like there were no walls or doors. housekeeping came in at 9am without knocking. there was a dead mouse at the guest entrance from the parking lot

The good - room was clean, breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The bad - the bathroom is showing wear (yucky caulk and chips in the tub and bathroom door splitting on bottom). Toilet clogged after one use. Maintenance came but left a mess of rusty water and rust scratches all over the toilet and bathroom floor. Hallways reeked of overly fragrant carpet powder. The side door (across from the dog park) was dirty, spills on the concrete, filthy card reader and door. Overall lack of maintenance.

It was really clean! The pool wasn’t working and they only had one play pen for the whole hotel, unfortunately! But the rest was wonderful! The lady working the breakfast buffet was so friendly!

Everything was great and I would have given this stay five stars. However, the amenities list shows a pool and hot tub, and upon check-in the receptionist informed me that both have been closed for several years with no plans to reopen. If amenities are not available, this should be clearly disclosed ahead of time, as it can impact a guest’s decision on whether to stay.

Settled in room and used bathroom. Toilet did not work (plugged and would fill). Called front desk and was given a plunger. Despite attempts to plunge, didn’t fix it. Called front desk to get a different room but could only offer us a king room. We had to leave and find a new hotel at 930 pm

We had an end room. It was 43 degrees when we opened the door. Turned on the heat and it would not shut off. Bed is on a metal box that pops and creeks every time you move. Miserable stay.
