We booked a room, and at the last minute, had to add another for our daughter and her family. The staff was very accommodating in putting our two rooms next to one another. Breakfast was awesome, but crowded. The pool, hot-tub and the workout room were all crowded, but clean and functional. Just wish they were larger!

The room was ok, my concern was because they charged $10.00 per night for parking and the person who I did the check inn with basically talked me to park in the parking garage " you need this key card to park" I was already parked in front of the hotel and it was free parking

On arrival, at 10pm, I was informed the double queen room I booked was no longer available. I could take a king bed room or cancel. No offer for discount. Unfortunately the stay was very uncomfortable.

Really disappointed with this hotel. First we got there and had the wrong room even though wha we booked was correct so our kids had to sleep on a couch instead of a proper bed we paid for because they now had none available. Phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work, charger didn’t work. In room food was TERRIBLE neither my husband or I could eat it and it was cold. Just one thing after another.

The room tv remote was missing! The shower drain was clogged with hair. One of the days we were there the water was shutoff. From 9am to 4pm then the water was coming out brown. The rooms say sound proof the halls were noisy with other rude guests and very loud children. You could hear everything.
