This is a great place to stay for a over night kind of thing. The lady at the front desk was rude to me when I was checking in. She ran my card to many times that it woupdnt let her charge for the security deposit. She had ask about the zip code for the card and found out that they had the wrong address for the card. She was getting short with me because she had ran my card so much it was declining it, she then asked if I just had different card and I only had the on catd and they don't take cash. Luckily the other person I was with had a card that I could send the money to them. The room we got was suppose to be smoke free but when you opened up the door you would get a big smell of smoke trying to be covered up. The internet at this hotel is SUPER SUPER slow I just ended up using my cell phone data. The first night we couldn't find the black out curtains but figured them out for the second night. Top the are kind of hidden behind the regular curtains. The last night we were there we went to the hot tub. The hot tub is a good size but the water was like sitting in a warm bath tub. My shower water was so much hotter so I wouldn't even recommend the hot tub. They also didn't have any towels so I had to hurry to my room.

We normally stay at the holiday inn on the other side of the arena. After staying here that will continue. Went into this with a but of trepidation after reading previois reviews and they are for the most part were dead on. The room. 102 Pros Clean restroom, sheets and towels. Cons Walls are stained bathroom sink was covered with stains spit, and toothpaste down the front. The floors looked like they havent seen a vacuum in weeks The dresser was filthy, and the night stands were sticky. Outlets were scabbed together. Holes in the door. Pool No towels, and no options. When i asked was told by the house maid we saw that everything was used, and to basically get bent. The hottub was very dirty water, almost a tint of green. Staff For starters, very under staffed. Waited at the front to get information and the front desk help stayed in back. When trying to check in the the desk help was more worried about her phone call than helping us out with basically not giving us any information. The people hanging around the lobby(assuming boyfriend) keep attention away from there jobs. Overall The hotel is very aged, halways are very scraped, and worn. I wont say ill never have to stay here again.(you never know due to circumstances) but will be a very last choice. Needs some severe updating, and staff that care.
