Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with a full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service, or interruption of service.

Great communication with the host who was responsive. Glad I arrived in daylight hours as night was dark in this location and CR road signs were not obvious. Very easy walk to downtown Salida and walking, biking and hiking were super easy to access. Somehow it is both quiet/remote and near everything.

Fantastic home within walking distance of downtown Salida. Check in was easy and the property was very clean. Great communication with the rental owners. The house had everything I needed. And the king size bed was amazingly comfortable. Charming and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

Host lives in attached unit and was very welcoming and friendly - it was even ready for an early check in. The house is adorable - very clean and the beds were so comfy. The wood burning fireplace was wonderful with lots of extra firewood. Kitchen is well-stocked with all of the essentials - even a good selection of spices and coffee filters too. Beautiful view of the sunrise over the mountains from the front porch. The location is amazing - easy walk across the river to downtown. Tons of parking. Our family of 4 and our dogs loved it. Highly recommend!
