This is a really cute little hotel! The bed was comfortable and there were the expected things in each room. The vanity mirror light was a really nice touch. We got back to the room about 10PM on a Saturday night and snagged the last parking spot available, pretty far from our actual room. If we would have been even 2 minutes later we wouldn’t have had a place to park as paying customers of the hotel, so that might be noteworthy! Each room needs its spot to park. The dog policy is a little silly- you should either allow pets (and allow them on bed and furniture, a common pet friendly thing) or not allow them at all. I’m paying a pet fee for what if they aren’t allowed to be a pet and be anywhere but the floor? You also cannot see anything regarding the pet policy on Expedia while you can for other properties, if you have pretty strict rules you should make sure all booking customers can see them! It was overall a nice stay, but a couple of things will have us staying somewhere else next time to compare two properties and stay at the one we like best! Thank you for having us!!

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We could tell that the room was recently remodeled. Unfortunately, the walls were paper-thin and we could hear everyone around us. We were on the bottom floor, paid extra for a mountain view, and yet the people upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture. We could hear them talking, arguing and their pet upstairs running around at all hours of the night. The police cars in the parking lot were a bit unnerving as well. The staff seemed very kind and none of what made our experience less than enjoyable had to do with the staff. I just felt that we paid more for the room than we received in satisfaction.

The spa was amazing (u have to make reservations, but is included in the stay) and the staff was very helpful and accomiating. The rooms were very clean and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud! I would def recommend!!

Great stay especially for the price.

I was not sure about this hotel, since it was one of the least expensive in my search. But I was very happy with it. The room was clean and nicely decorated. There was a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave and little kitchen area. We had to make a reservation for the hot tub, which ended up being nice because then we knew we would be the only ones in it. It was well taken care of and clean. They even gave us large hot tub towels. The staff were all nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, and much more than typical continental, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs, yogurt, fresh blueberries and granola, as well as the usuals. Only the eggs were not too tasty. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms are updated, beds are comfy, bath area not. I appreciated they had ice in the room (in the mini fridge) but also scared about how long that had been there. Complaints 1.)The hot tubs are only available via reservation. Don't believe I read anything about that and who knows what time they will be back to the hotel for said hot tub use. A hot tub should be a place to come back and relax, especially on a "get away/vacation" etc. 2.) Check in (in my opinion) is later than the usual and check out is earlier than usual. I expect a 3 pm check in and an 11 am check out. This location also charges like $25/ an hour for "early or late" check in/out 3.) Very limited parking, We had to park across the street. 4.) Regarding the breakfast, I mentioned they were out of sausage gravy (with 4 staff standing around) and they didn't refill. 5.) Some spring cleaning wouldn't hurt, as I found some cobwebs in the bathroom area (like above the blinds, etc) 6.) The shampoo, conditioner, body wash pumps in the bathroom took more time to try and get product out, then worth even bothering bathing. Guessing this is an attempt to cut back on expenses, but a girl needs enough product to get the job done. Possibly try a different brand for less use, better coverage.
