The staff at this place are amazing. They help you with locations to eat and places to go to make the most of your trip. The downside of the hotel is there is no cable tv. They only offer smart tv channels or your personal login info for any streaming service you may have. The whole town has barely any cell service including the hotel. Overall the hotel is a good stay just a different layout with the sink outside the bathroom. The town gave off a weird vibe to me. I always felt like i was being watched. Later after some research i found out the town was haunted. Im guessing that is what gave off that vibe.

Really Good place to stay!

Go to Hotel in Cripple Creek. Very consistent. The restaurant attached is a 10 (The Salt Grass steak house) We eat every meal there!

I was very pleased with the Golden Nugget Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was immaculate. The only thing was the swimming pool and hot tub was across the street in another hotel. Other than that it was 5 stars.

No soap in shower dispenser; when we got a new bottle from the desk he acted like we were going to steal his bottle since it wasn’t locked in. Spending $268 for a night I don’t think we’d be stealing soap. Not much for the cost except for convenience to their own casino,

We came in at about 10:15 in the evening and they gave us a room and the key wouldn’t work. We tried three times to replace it and then they found out their problem. Somebody was already in the room. We spent an hour waiting to get reassigned to another room which took an hourIt was a hassle. The manager the next day did compensate somewhat.

Was an interesting stay! Staying in a casino hotel for the first time. The casino was great fun and the staff were very helpful giving us good recommendations for food even though it was late.
