This property is a slice of home town Americana. Our room was clean, well kept and updated with laminant flooring, "funtional" IKEA night stands,and clothes storage. The bed and bedding was obviously new and very comfortable. The artwork, that honored the incredible beauty of the surrounding area's geological uniqueness. The true gems were the polite, dedicated, and helpful staff. Customer service is Eric's first priority when warmly welcoming guests. Crystal prepared and maintained a quality, fresh and delicious breakfast experience. Crystal was cheerful, helpful and focused on quick and efficient room turns. Thanks to all that made our stay comfortable and relaxing!

Very limited menu. Empty bin. One had to wait for staff to refill. They had one bread - no refill. had to call in and wait long for everything to refill . yet filled only few like, milk, egg. poor service. Likely care less about guest. Must prepare and stock items prior based on the #s. No staff at front desk or breakfast area. need to ring bell . No wifi information shared upfront.

There were dirty clothes left behind in the room from previous guests including underwear! Gross!! When I asked for toothpaste from the front desk or change for the vending machine, or a safety pin , they replied that they don't do that. The shower head was also malfunctioning and fell off when I tried top adjust it. Definitely should not carry the Wyndym name. Wont stay here again.

Clean, Updated Hotel

Great overnight stay for our family! Room was clean with updated furnishings, flooring, etc. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Our mattresses were a bit hard and the shower spray didn't have a lot of pressure, but it didn’t detract too much from our stay. We would stay at this Days Inn again.

2 days with no housekeeping or maid service!!! I paid $700 to be disregarded like it didn't matter! No real apology or effort made by management to make it right...nothing, not even a lame excuse as to why my room was overlooked despite being a mere 20 feet from housekeeping. There are no excuses for this hotel to be managed this way, will never, ever stay there again.

Property and rooms are neat, but we faced issue with the toilet. Had to use common bathroom in the property. Luckily common bathroom was close to our room. Apart from that other stuff is all great, even good breakfast options.
