Booked room for a 1 night stay. Room was ideal, all was excellent apart from Carpet which was ready to be renewed, quite dirty and had stains. But overall a good stay with helpful staff.

Sofa bed was very worn with arm rests ripped everywhere. There was no bedding in the room for our daughter to sleep in the sofa bed. I tried to phone reception but couldn’t find the number anywhere. I tried multiple numbers to no avail. Eventually had to walk down to reception to ask for bedclothes. Was told they’d sort it later. When we returned to our room later, bedding was in a pile. When we made the bed later that night, we realised they hadn’t left any sheets so my daughter had to sleep on a bare mattress. Carpet was wrinkled causing falls risk so we were really careful walking around. We were disappointed. Tried to give some feedback the next morning but the staff member just looked bored.

The Hotel was amazing no problem there. The only issue I had was that after a gig I went to l was starving.. unfortunately deliveroo did not know exactly where the Hotel was located even tho I had provided post code and location. The Amazing front desk lady helped me a ton. Please say Thank you like I've done already.
