We had an ADA room on the first floor that had issues with eh heater, the blinds wouldn’t go up, and the toilet plugged up. When I asked for a plunger I was told they’d loaned it out already and I hadn’t been returned. All in all our visit har the makings of being horrible, but I liked the location and the property in general was well kept, plus the staff was all very friendly. They gave us a different room, which was superb

I’m not terribly picky, but it was safe, clean, comfortable beds, and the lady that checked us in was the same one that checked us out and she was exceptional! Would definitely stay there again.
