The view is absolutely gorgeous. Great for wedding venues or just even for a business event. They have very much renovated a lot of the place, and there is more to come! Do not miss out on this gem!

Great place but lacking of maintenance

Disappointed overall by the auberge A great space with pool, spa and sauna but clearly lacking of maintenance ; water from pool and spa were not clean Gym room was ok but also not clean Room was fine; beds are very comfortable: good sleep! Breakfast is good; they are lacking of personnel, which leads to long delays to be served/ assisted All the personnel met was smiling, nice and helpful, which makes the stay pleasant

Its a great location with spectacular views and beautiful sunsets. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is lovely. Place could use some updates but the overall experience is great. Love the hot tub and the pool.

Instant tranquility. Surrounded by nature. On the side of a mountain overlooking farms, Lac Vert and Lac Noir. Minutes away from St Jean de Matha. Magnificent views of autumn leaves all around the property plus valley lookout. Bright stars at night. Lots of cozy spots to relax with several outdoor fireplaces and chairs in the evening. Walking paths amongst trees by day. Serene pool and hot tub. Restaurant in House. Bilingual. Reception area for special occasions such as destination wedding.

J’ai bien aimer l’endroit ! La vue de la montagne coupée très agréable et le restaurant délicieux. Service un peu long pour les familles. Piscine désuète et spa non fonctionnel incapable de partir les jets Chambre très propre mais lit canapé horriblement inconfortable je vous suggère de prendre un deux lit car leur matelas sont très bien! Multiple foyer extérieur qu’ils n’ont jamais voulu partir …. Mes garçons étaient très déçu sur le site c’était bien indiquer foyer extérieur mais ils ont refuser de les allumer ….

J'ai trouvé un gros tas de cheveux et de saleté dans la baignoire, laissés là par le ménage. Lorsque j'ai signalé à la réception, ils n'ont eu aucune réaction, sauf que d'en aviser les personnes responsables. Aucune offre de dédommagement. La clim est très bruyante. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. C'est malheureux car le site naturel est vraiment enchanteur.

Je me serais attendu à un site vraiment plus encha

Je voyage très souvent, et je sais que les hôtels parfois peuvent être vieillissant. Mais pour la réputation de cette endroit j’ai quelques déceptions en général. Très belle vue panoramique Mais les trottoirs et terrassement Nous force à regarder où l’on met les pieds . Puisque le pavé Est vraiment accidenté. Pour aller à la piscine, nous devons aller prendre une douche Mais aucun savon de disponible Tous les réservoir était vide. Et la qualité de l’eau de la piscine correcte mais le spa ont y voyait des résidus flotter dans l’eau très brouillé. L’ascenseur est vraiment désuet également. .

This hotel did not appear to have been updated since the 1980s. It is rated as a 4 star hotel - which may have been true 30-40 years ago. Today it would be generous to give this property 2.5 stars. The owners have been delaying updating and repairs for quite some time clearly, and many important details and repairs are overlooked.
