Relaxing Stay. Great Service. Walking Distance.

Top notch service, cleanliness and comfort. Buffet food variety are adequate but could have been able to showcase it much better if the counter space where the food was is bigger. It is tight and a bit frustrating to keep crossing over and trying to reach a dish when another guest is doing the same. It's almost shoulder to shoulder tight food service area. Need more counter space. Glass coffee cups and water/juice glasses smelled like eggs. Not washed well. We had to replace ours with paper cups. Outdoor space and atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. Location is close and walking distance to everything including the Laval Mall. Otherwise, the overall, experience was wonderful and would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness not so much

Room was not very clean. Left over hairs in shower, shower walls very dirty. Found live centepede on bathroom wall. Bed were extra stiff, not comfortable. Not a great room.

This is a lovely European-style hotel with quiet, comfortable rooms and a beautiful breakfast. Check-in was easy and courteous, though the front desk staff could have been more informative about breakfast and other amenities. Though it's not the hotel's fault, a sidewalk in front of the hotel would be appreciated for pedestrians.
