The Sterling is an OK stay; not bad, but it is not exceptional nor great. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which does not exist. When I travel with my wife and toddler, I never book without the hotel providing breakfast. NEVER. When I was booking, I made sure to check the breakfast included box and The Sterling listed as providing breakfast. At check-in, the receptionist confirmed our fear: no breakfast. Next, the mattresses were too soft to the point where you sort of sink in. Lastly, the maid was cleaning the room in front of us and slamming doors. My wife kindly asked her to please not slam doors so hard because our sick toddler was sleeping; maid ignored our request. In comparison, I've stayed in far better hotels in the USA and the third-world for half the price. Hope this feedback helps some of you.
