Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout.
Location & Noise Awareness
Our home is modern, well-equipped, and designed for comfort. However, we want to be transparent about the surroundings so you can choose what best fits your stay.
The property is located near a freeway on-ramp along a busy one-way street, so traffic noise can be noticeable, especially during peak hours. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for a very serene environment, this may not be the ideal fit.
This place is in the lower-level unit, please note that normal footstep noise from the upper level may be heard, as is common in multi-level homes.
AC usage:
To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.
Trash Collection:
Someone from our trusted team will come over every Tuesday to bring out the bins for Wednesday’s collection. This is a routine task to keep the property clean and compliant with local waste pickup. She will be in and out briefly, will not disturb your stay, and will not enter the unit.

Trash Collection:
Someone from our trusted team will come over every Tuesday to bring out the bins for Wednesday’s collection. This is a routine task to keep the property clean and compliant with local waste pickup. She will be in and out briefly, will not disturb your stay, and will not enter the unit.
We use white high quality sheets for our units. Please be sure not to get them stained, as we may have to charge $25 for extra cleaning (if the stains get removed) or the entire amount of the cost to replace the sheets if the stains cannot be removed.
• Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property.
• Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed.
• Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM.
• Please use the smart lock for self-check-in.
• Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances.
• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
• Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited.
• Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
• Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings.
• The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed.
• Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it exceeds the limits of our plan.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.
NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.
• Deep Cleaning and Holiday Cleaning Fee
A deep cleaning fee applies to reservations of 7 nights or more. A holiday cleaning fee also applies to guests who check out during recognized holiday dates.
An additional $62.5 fee will be charged for bookings that meet the criteria for both deep cleaning and a holiday stay. This amount will be collected through the Resolution Center after the reservation is confirmed.
• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.
• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue.
• FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras.
•Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.
