Seems as though this property was purchased st s discount due to the fact that it is very stressed, and no doubt did not expect this double digit inflation when planning the remodel. The lack of ammenneties anff Rd stressed condition of the property seems to be driving customers away, rich compounds the problem. I am certain these people are going to turn this property around.
