Somehow, between San Francisco and Johannesburg, my largest piece of luggage cracked. The facilities guy came up, took a look, went back and got supplies and sat there with me for 20 minutes to make sure my luggage was secure for the rest of my travels. Also, I really enjoyed my dinner at the hotel restaurant.

We checked in at 2:30 am arriving from Kigali. I only made one request. Make sure the AC is on so we can sleep for 3+ hours We had another flight at 9:40 am. As usual, the room was warm (24 celcius). Very disappointing especially with the rate they charge.

It was conveniently located to the airport, just across the street which was super nice...the front desk staff is very lovely. It's a bit older property and that does show in the decor and room wear-and-tear. The AC in the rooms didn't blow cold air sadly, but the shower water pressure is great. The waitress in the restaurant was very unpleasant and the food was meh. Overall, if it's a quick one night stay, it's fine.
