December 2025 vacation.

The Reception, hotel service and hotel transport to and from the Airport is exceptional. We found the personnel to bee friendly and very helpfull.However, our room were a bit dated and is showing wear and tear. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in.

Not amazing, but not terrible.

It's obviously an older hotel, but does the job just fine for just before or after landing at OR TAMBO. Some of the rooms don't have a mini fridge, and none of the rooms I stayed in had a microwave. The drains in the shower and sinks could use a good bit of work. The beds and linens are comfortable and the blackout shades work well. The food at the buffet isn't great, but not terrible either. Is it the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in? Definitely not. Would I stay again? Probably.

Pior hotel da rede. Evite.

Hotel decadente, velho e mal cuidado. Nem o piso do corredor é plano. Quarto sem frigobar, sem toalhas suficientes, sem amenidades de banho. Serviço ruim, café da manhã fraco. Restaurante OK para quem chega tarde no aeroporto, transfer também OK. Mas é só.
