The room was just okay. I shower fooded and didn’t seem as clean as it should be. Thetr were no wash cloths to use the shower gel with. There were no tissues and no paper towels to use for coffee/tea making. Dining at the restaurant waa great eith good food and friendly stuff. However, waitress insusted on getting cash for tip separetly from dinner charge which I placed on my foreign credit card, despite the option allowing to add gratuity to the bill. I understand it might be a preference, but guests with no cash are put in a difficult and demanding position.

This hotel was the perfect spot for an overnight stay before I continued my journey. The stafe were extremely friendly and you could feel the sense of pride in everyone I encountered. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet was abundant and tasty. the shuttle service to the hotel and back to the airport was seamless - runs every half and hour and takes a quick 8 minutes. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Excellent service; need to improve lighting.

Very good stay. I was very impressed with airport shuttle service. The hotel has an office in the airport that is well marked. Staff there welcomes you, gives you shuttle info and then walks you to shuttle transfer location (which otherwise could be a bit hard to find). Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very good except for lighting. I had a large room with separate seating area, but that area was not useful because of the poor lighting.

I booked a night, but really just needed a few hours of comfort before heading back to the airport for my night flight. The staff at the airport were pleasant and very helpful - as soon as they saw me, they called for the driver, who was about to leave the airport, to wait. The driver was pleasant as were the ladies at reception and the bellhop. The room was clean. I ordered Ubereats and had no trouble with delivery. The driver back - William -was personable and pleasant as well.
