Very pleased with this hotel! Only drawback is the church across the street bell rings every 30 minutes at night. Other than that I would stay here again. VERY friendly and helpful staff and location was perfect to access this beautiful little city.

A beautiful hotel right in the heart of town. Front desk staff was super friendly! Answered any questions we had, always helping us out. Wait staff was great as well! Great breakfast in morning, loved the patio area to relax and enjoy a dessert or drink. Clean rooms. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is a nice hotel in a great location, with a beautiful entry and a lovely garden terrace. There is parking onsite. Breakfast was included and eggs were made to order. The man in reception was very kind and helpful and when we had some WiFi issues, immediately gave us another option for connecting.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a family of five, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. We had a mix of 8 family members, 3 rooms. Each room was unique and spacious. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It is a beautiful mix of old-world and tasteful attention to modern updates. So many amazing details to take note of. Hotel staff were extremely friendly, kind and welcoming. The rose garten was just beautiful. Enjoyed beers out there in the afternoon and coffee in the morning. The on-site parking was fantastic and such a surprise, especially being right in the middle of the best part of town. Our family has been traveling throughout Europe for the last 2 weeks and hotel Burg Gartenpalais was the hands-down favorite of every person in our group. We all wished we had planned to stay longer. What a gem!

Loved our stay here during our visit in Rothenburg ob de Tauber. Self parking right in the hotel. Beautiful daily breakfast spread. 10/10 location we can’t wait to return. Rooms were renovated, our room had a gorgeous massive soaking bathtub which was amazing after walking to explore the town. Staff was welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Would revisit this hotel if we end up in Rothenburg again

My family and I loved staying in the Chalet. It had such a cool and comfortable layout. The staff were some of the most helpful and friendly I’ve met! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony which overlooked a beautiful garden. In the evenings the owner would play the piano. Such a beautiful woman made our breakfast experience wonderful! Can’t stress just how much we loved this property. Great experience all around!
