Beautiful old building restored perfectly

Amazing place, we loved that the history of this place is still there. The way they restored the building was amazing. We loved both the history, the rooms, the lovely breakfest and the proximal distance to Rothenburg o.d.T. We can only reccomend!

Check in times was only a four hour window which for traveling was not convenient. They sent an email stating the hours, however, my train would not have arrived by then. I never received an email back from the property asking what would happen if I did not arrive in time. Was not able to get a refund and do not find it acceptable that an answer was never received.

We loved our stay at Wildbad, living like princesses in the castle and exploring the grounds. The hotel is in a quiet park in convenient walking distance to the city centre and medieval town. We also enjoyed very much their diner grill buffet, a very healthy option and great ambience, different to the local touristy places. Breakfast was excellent as well, would only recommend to change the plastic tea bags.

Very good. Beautiful old building. Very quiet. Rooms clean. We had a balcony which was great, like being in a castle. The beds are comfortable if not high quality. Walk into town is ideal. Lots of steps but one you have done those, you are there! Free parking which was beneficial to us. If following sat nav, look out for sign on sharp corner which states hotel entrance. Hotel entrance is hidden and itโ€™s a narrow private road into grounds. Breakfast sufficient. Great find!

Wish we had more than 1 night booked. Beautiful hotel and room. The American in me wishes there was AC, but luckily it wasn't unbearably hot. Staff was so friendly and the 24 hour drink and snack salon was really nice.

We Want to Come Back

We very much enjoyed our stay. In fact, we were sad we had booked only one night! The staff was very friendly, the room was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself was beautiful! We would love to stay here again.
