Nice hotel in a great location; across the street from the train and bus stations, as well as a supermarket. Not far from city center. My room does not have window shades to keep the early sunlight out, that is the only downside. I definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is very quaint and the hostess was very nice. The room was great we were on the third floor so going up and down the stairs was hard on my pregnant wife but once up there we had a view to one of the towers from the room. There is no ac so if it is hot during your stay that is something to consider. We had the window open all night and it was perfect temperature. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to the altstadt.

Excellent location across from train station and 10 minute walk to the town. Room was newly renovated and spacious. Bathroom was huge- big soaker tub and separate shower. Very clean. Breakfast had lots of variety. There was gutenfree bread and oat milk.We enjoyed our stay here.

We could hear the people in the room next to us clear is if they were standing in the same room as us. The bathroom offered no privacy with a clear glass door. Very uncomfortable to shower and use the restroom.

Great location for Christmas markets!

Our main reason was to explore the Christmas market and this was a great location! Right on the edge, we were able to walk in past the castle walls and explore all around in central Rothenburg. Easy to come back to the place. We did have two twin beds squished together which wasn’t the comfiest and we had two separate blankets that also was a bit difficult instead of one main blanket on one main bed. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t the comfiest but we’d stay here again. Our main reason was to go exploring and we didn’t need a hotel with tons of facilities, just a place to rest our head. If that’s your purpose, would recommend this hotel!
