Not to shabby but NO POOL

Hotel staff was excellent. Came in from Florida for a wedding and showed up at 11am. The hotel staff allowed us early check in which we were so grateful for since we drove all night with 2 dogs. Dogs stayed for free which was awesome and the room was very spacious and clean. The only down side was the pool was STILL broken. I saw past reviews saying the pool was out of commission but that was mid April, so kinda expected it to be fixed by our trip. It wasn’t! And it’s ain’t gonna be fixed anytime soon. So if you are looking for a pool keep looking. But if you want a fairly priced room, and have animals I would recommend the LaQuinta. Great breakfast too!

Looks can be deceiving

Stayed this weekend at this location with my family and it was terrible. Rooms seemed really nice, breakfast looked good, and pool looked very nice online but came to learn looks can be deceiving. When we checked in the man when checking in was helpful. Next day I had to replace our room key 4x and the last man to assist us Saturday night was very rude, unhelpful, he was hanging out in his car outside of the hotel! We were waiting for about 15 minutes trying to find some to assist us, we kept ringing the bell and no one showed up. Once he decided to show up he was seemed to be caught up in his phone call and the perception we got was that we were interrupting him. Breakfast was so bland and not much of a selection all they had was TX waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, nasty dry oatmeal, and cereal. And the pool was out of order to top it off. Overall very disappointed with our stay.
