The stay was nice but the only thing that we had a problem with was the bathroom door kinda hard to open and close and one night we came back in from being out to take a shower and the water wasn’t working at all

We decided to stay here because of the location, pictures and reviews from other people but we have been very disappointed! First we arrived with kids and the king bed we booked turned out to be a queen, my kids were sleeping so we didn’t bother to complaint for their peace. The staff during check in was giving attitude and not very friendly she just gave us the key and a paper not even a hi how are you! The halls look very old and the room had a weird smell, towels smelled horrible too. The only nice thing we enjoyed was the location we took a walk around and felt very safe and got some good pictures.

Great location - walk to dinner

Great spot close to the freeway but not ON the freeway. You can walk across a pedestrian bridge to several restaurants and a Whole Foods.

Liked the location, especially by the river. The breakfast ran out very quickly and there was hardly any left when we went down with about an hour left of breakfast dining time...also, there was no hot water for the tea bags.

Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel scent in the lobby was terrific. All the staff were polite and friendly. Parking was spacious. Priced reasonably. I highly recommend this place.

Check-in was baad I asked the guy in front I’m he misguided me to go out and take around to check in though the office is nearby. That’s first impression was bad. I asked for four kit of tooth brushes they provided only two . They have facility for coffees but not for filter water . That’s really bad.Front lady gave me room in ninth floor though I have small kids. Above all there is no one to open the entry gate every time other guest were opening the door. It’s terrible .
