The WIFI is terrible in the hotel, takes forever to log in and keeps dropping the connection. Could not get WIFI on any of my devices. Found hair strands on the bed once I pulled back the sheets. Looked like they did not full clean the sheets, just made the bed again. Luckily I had a room with two beds and just used the other one.

My stay was nice, cleanliness was good and staff very friendly. The hotel could benefit from better lighting in hallways and better breakfast content. Not all staff speaks English. Front desk personnel I interacted with although very friendly had low knowledge of the hotel and its neighborhood. One suggestion is to add more signs maps on location of the washer dryer room. (They are great and coin operated). WiFi could also be improved! Parking was at capacity.
To the right of the washer dryer there are also soap and dryer sheet vending machine $1.50 Canadien dollar per machine or soap.

Ice machine distributor broken had to get ice with our hands… Spa across the street is great. Staff very helpful No elevator, not practical to carry luggages in stairs.
