Worst experience ever!

Don't book this hotel. I booked it for 2 nights and sent the host a message via WhatsApp to ask for the street number, to which he/she replied. On my way there I sent another message saying the time I would be arriving and that was the end of it. The only reply I got was "It's impossible", which of course I did not understand. And yes, it was definitely impossible to get a hold of the host. The worst part about this is that I was charged. I already contacted hotels.com to dispute the charge, but I haven't gotten my money back.

Guesthouse-děkujeme, raději ne.

Zaplatili jsme si řádný pobyt.System ukazoval blok domu ve kerem se ale ubytování nenacházelo.Vypátrali jsme, se ve skutečnosti možná jedná o sousední dům.Požádali jsme SMS zprávou o sdělení čísla domu.Nikdo neodpověděl.Opakovaně jsme požádali o sdělení čísla domu.Večer před naším odjezdem nám z ubytování zavolali, že ubytování je a n u l o v á n o! Přes helpline Hotels.com nám ale potvrdili, že naopak ubytování platí. Přes to jsme několik hodin tento večer hledali náhradní ubytování v Římě. Nevěděli jsme zda bydlíme nebo nebydlíme. Teprve až na letiště nám přišla zpráva, že adresa je na čísle 24. Toto byla velice nepříjemná zkušenost, kterou nikomu nepřejeme.Taková komunikace-nekomunikace nám velice znepříjemnila cestu.V místě ubytování nebylo žádné označení.Prošli jsme všechna patra domu.Nikde žádný nápis Guesthouse.Až na telefonickou výzvu přišel - asi to byl majitel ubytování.Okamžitě nás ubytoval.Kuchyňka, koupelna jsou miniaturní.V kuchyni nefungoval vařič a nebylo tam nádobí.Lednička fungovala. V pokoji na spaní byla velká pohodlná postela velká televize. Ale jinak žádné místo. Malý stoleček a jedna židle.Snídaně? S klenička džusu, káva a 1 crossant. To vše v malé restauraci.Během pobytu jsme viděli spoustu nových hostů, kteří bezradně čekali na chodbě domu.Nevěděli co mají dělat. Nikde není žádné označení.Ubytování je zařízeno pěkně, na podlaze nové kachličky, uklízí se každý den.Ale ubytovatel celkovou situaci nezvládá.Byt je menší, než na fotografiích vypadá!
