Great location, but place needs some work.

Pros: You really can't beat the location, the room is located about 15 mins walking distance from all the sites and monuments. The price wasn't bad either. Cons: The hotel description doesn't really stress the fact that there's no elevator to the 4th floor where the apartment is located, so you have to go up a long spiraling stairway to get to it. I would not recommend this room for anyone with knee or heart problems. The room itself is nice and cozy. However, when we checked in the property manager told us that sometimes the hot water heater would go out and that in rare occasions we would have to restart it. I don't think we was completely honest about the issue because the same evening we got there we didn't have hot water and had to restart it at least 5 times during our stay. The toilet seat was also loose and would fall off if you didn't bring it down very gently, so I essentially had to try to fix it several times. To me it was apparently that the room management was aware of this because the seat had signs that it was tampered with previously. The bed wasn't particularly comfort but did the job. Overall I would give this place a 3 out of 5, but only because of the location.
