This was very small room with AC not working if your card not in the room. So room was hot when we got there and after we came back from the walk. It is located in ghetto area next to the train station (good thing). My hubby and I did not feel safe walking outside the property. No breakfast, no security, small room, noisy and hot. Do not recommend!

This is not a hotel! It is a pensione. There is no security and no staff. Located in an unsafe area. We didn’t even stay. Immediately booked another hotel

This was a basic room. It was clean and the bathroom was relatively new and clean too. We wanted somewhere to stay for a few nights before we moved off on our travels. It is very close to the railway station with lots of cafes and restaurants situated around the block. It is a very busy, noisy and dirty street but we felt safe in our accommodation and safe out in the street, although we were not out raging in the evening. It is functional and practical without the trimmings.

Convenient

The facility is very difficult to find. There are no signs to tell you where the facility is. Getting in requires more information. There is also no full time attendant at the facility when we had a mishap with our key. The facility is very convenient to the Roma Termini train station. The rooms are very nice and clean. The showers are great. There is good value but communications are difficult and the logistics for finding and entering the facility could be improved.

Would stay again for overnight or weekend trip.

Very close to Roma Termini and many historic sites. If the other guest come home late or talk in hallway you will here it. Staff are nice and check in was easy. once I called someone came to let me in. Bed was very comfortable. Shower head was faulty but probably an easy fix.

Clean and convenient.

La entrada no se identifica . Llegue de noche y si muchas vueltas pues no hay luz y el número no se ve. La entrada con basura y muchas ratas gente drogandose se siente mucha inseguridad. Si llegas después de las 20:00 te cobran 20 euros.

Well kept, but in a sketchy area with hardship of life and feeling of being unsafe. If you can deal with that, then perfect location next to Roma Termine if you need it for a night in order to catch an early flight.

駅に近く鍵がリモコン式！便利で快適なお部屋です！

非常に快適なお部屋、そして、立地の良さ。鍵は使いやすいリモコン式でシステマートでした！イタリアはドアの鍵を開けるのが難しいアパートも多いのですが。。。 オーナーさんもとても親切で、ステキな紳士でした。 新年をまたいで借りたのですが、小さなシャンパンボトルとパネットーネのサービスがありました。非常に美味しかったです！
