The only issue was the air conditioner. It didn't work well and it was loud and sounded like a helicopter every time it started up or stopped. Replace that and this would be a five.

Room was clean and unique. Almost no pressure in shower if you want semi hot water. They put waters and soft drinks in mini fridge which was a big plus.

Great location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was good. Beds were a bit hard for our liking. Mini split A/C was very noisy when fan was on medium or high and shower needed some deep scrubbing but other than that we had a fantastic stay.

What a lovely place to stay in Rome. Received an excellent service, manager went far and beyond to make sure our needs were fulfilled on time, with such professionalism and kindness. He really made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is right in the heart of major tourist attractions but please keep in mind, as description indicates, it is only for adults. It was a different experience since it gave us a glimpse on how life was in this historic building and surrounding areas. We will for sure consider staying here again when we return to Rome. Thank you for everything!

Disappointing

Upon arrival I understood why the website didn't include photos of the entrance. The site listed slippers in the room but there were none. Could have used them because of the gritty floor. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest looking. Door handle and keyhole to the room appeared ready to come apart at any minute. Breakfast was a meh. Overall not our best stay in Rome.
