It was very hard communicating with the owner. There were no organization or discussion prior to our arrival about check-in even when I emailed them ahead of time. Then on the day of our arrival we had no way of communicating with the owner until hours later they contacted me. We were sweating in over 100F weather, anxiously asking the store owners around us how we can reach the owner. Walking around with all our luggages in a super hot day after a very long flight not knowing if we were scammed about the hotel and if we had to find another hotel, because they never listed a contact number for their property. They eventually called me. And even then after some instructions, we had ti wait until after 1:30p for our hotel to be cleaned. Eventhough on their website it stated check-in was 10am.

The property is as described on its webpage. Its location is excellent, and it is tastefully decorated. I found the room somewhat claustrophobic, with a low ceiling divided by a brick arch. The “view” is of some kind of roof filled with pipes, wires, and what appear to be discarded heating or cooling units. There is little natural light or fresh air. For these reasons I would not stay there again.
