Comfortable, beautiful, relaxing great place

Very nice place. Friendly host. Right in the middle of a great part of the city and within the walking district. Many restaurants immediately outside the door. Good beds, good kitchen, comfortable and nicely decorated apartment. Enjoyed our stay.

Property was in excellent location. Our room was on first floor so we thought that would be easy. We opened the door to the building and there was a very steap set of steps. Once u got to the apartment we opened the door and there was a set of very steep steps that went straight up to the kitchen. Description of the steps should be in the pictures of the apartments. My wife has a bad back and it was a shock to have to watch her crawl up the steps. We also had a elder friend with us that about couldn’t make it up the steps. We chose to rent a apartment to make it easier than a hotel. By the time we left to come home we were about to die from the steps. Beds were old thin and hard as a rock. The pillows were horrible. It looked like they were 100 years old and u could see through the stuffing. Had to use my shirt to wrap around a pillow bc it was no pillow cases. We had 1 towel per person for the whole week. I had to get washing powder and wash them. The agent who met us was very nice and helpful. People need to know before booking this place that they might not be able to get up the steps. If it was an elderly person it would have been bad bc they wouldn’t have any where to stay.

Clean but badly maintained

The apartment is on the second floor with steep steps inside the external door and more steep steps inside the door to the rental property. The advert does say there are no lifts, it does not say this property would not be suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. They say that a cot is available for an extra charge. We would not recommend taking children. The pictures on the site are not reflective. I have uploaded pictures of what it actually looks like. Although the property was clean it is very badly maintained and unsafe. There are doors missing on the kitchen cutlery drawer and integrated dishwasher. The bathroom is in desperate need of refurbishment. The bath enamel is damaged and there is no plug in the sink so you should be careful not to drop anything in there. The sofa covers are dirty and worn with several holes. There are more steep steps to the mezzanine floor bedroom which are narrow and have no hand rail. There is a rug with curled edges at the top of these stairs which is an accident waiting to happen. There were no smoke alarms and no obvious escape route in case of fire. There was a full ashtray in the flower box on the balcony. We do not know if this was left by a previous renter or the cleaners. The property is advertised as non smoking. We are non smokers so left it where it was. The balcony with a table in the pictures is not part of this rental property. The actual balcony has standing room only for just one person.

Goede centrale ligging ten opzichte van de bezienswaardigheden. In de straat ook een aantal restaurants aanwezig. Bij aankomst kregen we van de eigenaar een plattegrond met uitleg over de ligging/omgeving. Minpuntje: de wc boven spoelde niet door dus die konden we niet gebruiken.

El apartamento en general está muy bien. Se aprecia que es un edificio con historia. Techos altos de madera y con pequeños trozos de frescos las paredes. El único pero es la habitación principal, tiene como un escenario-trastero con unas cortinas destartaladas y unos trastos rotos y edredones manchados a la vista un poco desagradables. La decoracion de botellas vacías de licor es poco favorecedora. Por lo demás todo muy bien. Sitio tranquilo y cerca de todo.
