This is a fantastic location, in a quiet, private square near Piazza Popolo. The apartment itself was large and spacious, very well decorated and comfortable. Not cheap but, in my view, offered so much more than 2 hotel rooms. Easy walk to Spanish steps and shopping area. Plenty of choice with nearby restaurants and bars. Staff were there to assist throughout the day if needed.

Spacious, minimalist, and impeccably clean. You can’t beat the location. Nestled in a quiet courtyard yet surrounded by art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants, it’s a perfect base for walking to Rome’s iconic landmarks. Both Flaminio and Spagna metro stations are within a short stroll, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, service was warm and professional, contributing to a smooth experience.

We had a great stay at My Extra Home Rome. Check-in was quick, and the staff kindly let us check in early once the room was ready. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable, with good AC, a washer and dryer, and a handy kitchenette. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome!

What a beautiful apartment ! In a great location, walking distance to many of the great sites in Rome or take a cab , the pick up area for the taxi was right around the corner. Lots of great restaurants near by including one at the building. Staff was very helpful. Great place to stay.

Amazing Place!

Amazing apartment, from comfort, cleanliness, and location. Arrived and were able to check in slightly early. We were quickly given an overview of the space. It is located in a nice quiet street, near restaurants, shopping, and walking distance to major sites. Would definitely stay again.

Our apartment was modern and beautiful and in a perfect location for walking the streets of Rome to shop, eat, and see the sights! The staff were very hospitable and the amenities were perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on our private terrace and dining in the restaurant in the beautiful central courtyard. We would absolutely come back to stay again in Piazetta Margutta!!

Apartment A1/2 Good things about our stay: excellent walkable location between piazza de Spagna and Popolo. Spacious living room area. Clean and updated bathrooms. Washer/dryer. Comfortable beds. Easy to arrange car service for airport transfers. What we did not like: ground floor apartment is truly a garden or basement apartment (slightly street level on one side). Lower side faces courtyard and restaurant noise as well as people coming and going sounds like they are in the apartment with you. Quiet from 12:30 am to 6:30 am. Walls had chipped paint and dirty spots in many locations, curtains were old and torn in places and previous renter’s food was left in fridge which did not give me confidence on the cleaning efforts.

Great apartment, very large, clean and comfortable. Facilities were great and decent location for easy walking around Rome attractions. Responsive communication via Whatsapp. Would definitely recommend.
