Great but staff was not helpful.
Rome and the unit were great. Had problem's with the washing machine and dryer and our clothes were soaked. Never was really able to communicate with staff and they really didn't care to help. Had to air-dry all our clothes.

We brought our teen boys to Rome for their first trip to Europe and we had the most wonderful, magical stay at Piazzetta Margutta. We had B4 and it was huge, immaculate, absolutely gorgeous, quiet and perfectly set up for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the2 beautiful terraces, open floor plan, 3 luxurious bathrooms and fantastic mattresses. The WiFi was strong and even the mattress on the pull out couch was super comfy. The location is magical as well. The whole area has a small town, neighborhood feel and we got acquainted with so many local shopkeepers and restaurant staff. We highly, highly recommend Piazzetta Margutta!!!
