Ideal for those who want to see and experience the climate of the eternal city.

The house is divided into 3 floors, as soon as we open the gate we find a small garden, entering the house we have a living area with kitchenette (where there is a good quality double sofa bed), a bathroom, a small fitness area, a double bedroom with a second en suite bathroom. On the second mezzanine floor we have a second double bedroom. Going up the stairs again we arrive on the roof of the house where there is a terrace with barbeque for eating or sunbathing and relaxing. Throughout the house there is a very fast fiber optic WI-FI connection, Smart TV with the use of NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO, air conditioning, heating, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher.

Great location
Nice property in great area. The terrace is hard to access and is really hot in the hot months. We stayed 2 separate times in 3 weeks. Missing things like paper towels or dish towels, was cloths in the bathrooms. I tried to use the washing machine and it washed my clothes for 3 hours. Would give this 5 stars except for a few items.
