Booked through Expedia. Got a room upgrade when we arrived for free. Very close to termini station and easy access to good restaurants and all the sights Rome has to offer.

The rooms are very little the shower water runs on the floor.. there’s no iron for the room you have to go into the basement to iron .. the staff has no patience on neither shifts everyone has a bit of an attitude

I absolutely loved this Hotel. The only hiccup I had was being charged twice for must stay and the gentleman being a bit confused about what to do about it. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic.
