Omg where do I start, never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life. We arrived and the room was supposed to be clean and ready. We walked in and wouldn't sleep on the sheets as the room was so dirty. We complained to the desk that someone left an old suitcase in the room but they didn't care. The dust was so thick. The place was so gross never again would I ever think or send anyone there. Please take them off your list my friends took pictures of the grossness. To pay over 1000 dollars for 3 nights was the biggest waste. I just can't believe the filth.

We liked the fact that it’s located where there’s plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel room was nice except for the foul smell coming from the toilet (kind a like sewer) that we have to open the window at all times.

Bathroom door lock broken; shower in wrong direction; no place to stand; no running hot water; had to hold switch continuously; extremely painful. Commode cover broken. The hotel was hard to find due to its location behind some construction and found the rates were expensive compared to what I got from other European cities like Prague so this may be a Rome thing. It was a 10min walk from the termini train station which made it easy to get around once you get used to the hotel’s location. The main downside I had was the lack of space to put your stuff and the lack of chargers near the bed. Location would be the main reason you’d choose this hotel since we pretty much walked everywhere from this hotel (eg 20min walk to Colloseum)
