helpfulness of staff. The bathroom is not that great but ok, the amenities at the bathroom is not up to date, no shelfs to put toiletries. The shower cubicle door rubber door is semi attached and everyday the room is made up but accumulation of dust u can see on the floor

The hotel allowed our bags to be checked in early so we could explore, they were helpful and service was excellent we had our own patio and the room was perfect we were in walking space to all attractions in Rome and dining options were just outside the hotel

The room was very nice, staff were very friendly, it is quire expensive , we booked a superior room which only had a coffee machine. I am a tea drinker and could not get a tea in the afternoon as "kitchen was closed". recommend having a kettle in the room for those who do not drink it or have it available during the day.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect, easy to control, and adjusted to our preferences. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect to visit the Vatican City, and within walking distance of the metro. The staff was very attentive and provided great dinner suggestions. A great location and a must-visit when visiting the area around the Vatican!
